Volunteer Organization Held an Exhibition and Practical Activities at AISI College

As part of its cooperation with AISI College, the volunteer organization "Youth and Veterans for National Defence and Security" organized a special exhibition and a series of practical activities.

During the event, students and college staff had the opportunity to learn about the organization's mission and the areas in which its volunteers receive practical training.

The exhibition featured the organization's training equipment and specialized gear, including emergency response equipment, rescue and self-survival equipment, first aid kits, topography and engineering training materials, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles (drones). Representatives of the organization introduced each area in detail, explaining its purpose and practical applications.

Prior to the practical activities, Mamuka Maghradze, a representative of the organization and an instructor of Military Studies at AISI College, delivered a presentation on the field kitchen, explaining its operation and practical use.

Alongside the exhibition, a KP-130 field kitchen was set up, where specialists from both the volunteer organization and the college jointly prepared a meal. It is noteworthy that Ilia Pitiurishvili, an instructor of Culinary Arts at AISI College, recently completed a field kitchen training course at the organization's training base.

The event was attended by Malhaz Aslamazashvili, Director of AISI College; Colonel Koba Latchkepiani, First Deputy Director of the volunteer organization; and General Giorgi Surmava, Deputy Director of the organization.

The joint training initiative between AISI College and the volunteer organization aims to strengthen cooperation between the organization and its partners during emergency situations. If necessary, this cooperation will enable participants to contribute to emergency response and recovery operations while also providing hot meals to emergency responders and affected communities.
