Production of Fruit Juices from Various Types of Fruit
Objective
The aim of the vocational training programme is to prepare learners with the knowledge and practical skills required for the production of a variety of fruit juices. The programme equips participants to understand the characteristics of fruit juice production, produce fruit juices with pulp, cloudy fruit juices, fruit nectars, and concentrated fruit juices, produce concentrated grape juice and concentrated fruit and berry juices, and carry out the bottling and storage of concentrated fruit juices in accordance with food production standards.

- Completion of full general education.

- Explain the characteristics and production processes of various types of fruit juices.
- Produce fruit juices with pulp.
- Produce cloudy fruit juices.
- Produce fruit nectars.
- Explain the production process of concentrated fruit juices.

- Produce concentrated fruit and berry juices.
- Bottle and store concentrated fruit juices in accordance with industry standards.
