Preparation of Georgian and International Dishes
Objective
The aim of the vocational training programme is to prepare learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to prepare a wide variety of Georgian and international dishes.
The programme equips learners to prepare dishes made from beef, veal, pork, poultry, and edible offal, including soups; vegetable-based soups; salads; side dishes; popular signature dishes from various international cuisines; fast-food items such as burgers, hot sandwiches, wraps, and burritos; and to select appropriate grilling equipment and prepare a range of foods on the grill, including meat, seafood, vegetables, and fruit.
Admission Requirement
- Completion of basic general education.
Graduate Competencies
Upon successful completion of the programme, graduates will be able to:
- Prepare dishes made from beef, veal, and edible offal, including soups.
- Prepare dishes made from pork and edible offal.
- Prepare dishes made from poultry and edible offal, including soups.
- Prepare vegetable-based soups.
- Prepare popular dishes, soups, salads, and side dishes from various international cuisines.
- Prepare fast-food products, including burgers, hot sandwiches, wraps, and burritos.
- Select appropriate grilling equipment and prepare a variety of grilled foods, including poultry, beef, seafood, vegetables, and fruit.
