In November 2012, a livestock farm was built at AISI College with funding from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The purpose of the farm is to develop skills for income generation and employment.

The livestock farm is arranged in accordance with modern standards and serves as a training base for students of the Veterinary vocational education programme.
