Employer and Graduate Databases
The College maintains databases of employers and graduates.
These databases are updated at the end of each academic year by the staff member(s) responsible for their administration.
The employer database includes information on partner organizations and employers with whom the College has signed contracts or cooperation memoranda. The database contains information about fields of interest, general requirements for potential employees, and contact details.
Graduate databases, classified according to qualifications, are available to the College. When an employer expresses interest in a specific profile, the College presents the opportunity to the graduate and, upon receiving consent, facilitates contact between the graduate and the employer.
Employment Forums
Employment forums are organized regularly and bring together partner organizations, potential employers, graduates, and current vocational students/trainees.
During these forums, employers present their organizations and inform participants about the opportunities available for potential employees.
Information on Employment and Career Development
The College continuously provides vocational students/trainees and graduates with updated information on employment opportunities, vacancies, and career development prospects through its website and social media platforms.
In addition, information is shared regarding training opportunities and other events, such as exhibitions, presentations, video materials, and similar activities.
Employment and Employer Surveys
The College’s Career Guidance and Career Planning Manager periodically conducts surveys regarding the employment status of vocational students/trainees and graduates.
The College also conducts employer surveys, which are administered by the Career Guidance and Career Planning Manager.
Based on feedback obtained from vocational students/trainees, graduates, and employers, the College continuously improves the quality of its services.
